  • Whether if you are working in your home, garage or in a major manufacturing plant, the use of a bander comes in vary handy. A banding tool can be used to hold vary large loads of items to pallets or to simply strap some fence posts together to keep your shop more organized
  • Place the banding straps under the pallet or on the floor. Put your load of materials on the pallet or directly over the bands. Depending on the length of the items you are banding together will determine the amount of bands you will need, but a good rule of thumb is a band every 4 feet.
  • Place a banding connector in the banding tool.
  • Feed the bottom of the banding strip into the bottom of the banding tool feed hole.
  • Wrap the band over the load and feed the top (the other end) of the banding strip into the top of the banding tool feed hole. Overlap the band by approximately 6 inches.
  • Squeeze the handle on the banding tool together to secure the banding connector into the bands. Release the banding tool from the straps.
